A: Fewer students have been visiting the library lately. I believe many of them come once and simply forget about us.
B: I agree. What if we gave out reading passports? Whoever reads five books could get a free bookmark.
A: Good thinking, but I don't know how to design a passport.
B: Don't worry. I know how to make one with the drawing software on the library computer.
A: Great. I believe a small reward that comes soon will work better than a big one in December.
B: I believe so, too. We could also post a list of new books every Monday.
A: Then I'll check with our librarian about printing the passports.
B: And I'll bring a first design on Thursday.
'~하는 사람은 누구든'을 뜻하는 whoever 와, 문장 맨 앞에서 문장 전체를 꾸미는 굳은 to [](To be sure · To sum up 같은 말)를 한 번 이상씩 쓰세요.

Why Customers Return to a Neighborhood Bakery
This bar graph, which is based on imaginary numbers, shows why 200 customers return to a neighborhood bakery. To begin with, the taste of the bread is the most common reason, chosen by 40 percent of the customers. The stamp card comes second at 25 percent, followed by the short distance from home at 20 percent. Friendly staff is the least common reason, at only 15 percent. To be sure, the card matters to one customer in four, but taste matters far more. Whoever runs a bakery like this one, therefore, should keep improving the bread first and treat the card as an extra reason to return. To sum up, the graph suggests that customers come back mainly for quality, while rewards add a smaller pull.
